Manchester United has completed the biggest transfer deal in history with the signing of Juventus midfielder, Paul Pogba on a 5 year contract.
The fee is believed to be around £89million ($151million) which surpasses Gareth Bale’s (£89million) move from Tottenham to Real Madrid back in 2013.
Pogba was previously at Manchester United in their youth academy but was let go for just £1.5million ($2.5million) to Juventus.
Since his move to Juventus, Pogba has become one of the best young midfielders in the world.
The midfielder is a powerful player that possess amazing dribbling skills and for being 6 foot 3 (191cm), that is impressive. He is strong on and off the ball and can score some amazing goals.
Pogba will be a great signing but the price tag for him is questionable as he is not worth that much right now but it could be if he brings his Juventus form to Manchester United.
Juventus wins as well out of this deal as they gain plenty of profit from the transfer and have found a valuable replacement already with Miralem Pjanic.
Pogba is still only 23 so the scary thing is he can still improve his game. He can potentially win a FIFA Ballon d’Or in the future but hopefully for his sake, the price tag does not hinder on him too much.
